The Continental DL3WE-SS-PT full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet maintains a temperature range between 90 and 180 degrees with the assistance of stainless steel strip heaters at the base. For even airflow, it has a plenum plug housing with a circulating fan and unique air supply ducts. Should temperature fluctuations occur, the digital display's high/low alarm allows for efficient monitoring. The heating system's top-mounted design simplifies service and maintenance.
For high-volume holding, the Continental DL3WE-SS-PT heated cabinet has three sections, 75 cubic feet of space, and nine epoxy-coated shelves.
