Designed to keep cooked meats at safe temperatures until they're ready to be served, the Continental DL3W-PT heated cabinet holds temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The plenum design features a circulating fan; the addition of airflow ducts promotes an even blanket of hot air within the cabinet. The base's stainless steel strip heaters also encourage temperature consistency. The digital display with a high-low alarm tracks and monitors the cabinet's internal temperature. The heating system is top mounted for convenient service and maintenance.
The Continental DL3W-PT mobile heated cabinet has a 72-cubic-foot space, a pass-thru design, and comes with nine epoxy-coated steel shelves and heavy-duty pilaster strips. It has six full-height doors that self-close to reduce hot air loss; they also lock to prevent tampering. The front is made of stainless steel, while the end panels and interior are made of aluminum. For optimal temperature retention, it's insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane foam.
