The top rail section in the Hoshizaki PR93A-D4 Steelheart prep table holds 12 third-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Mounted in front of the rail section, the full-width cutting board is deep enough to accommodate pizzas. This table's base has a refrigerated cabinet with four drawers and one door section; the drawers each hold two full-size pans and the door section has two adjustable shelves. The drawers and door have flush-mounted handles that don't occupy aisle space.
The interior and most of the exterior of this Hoshizaki PR93A-D4 pizza prep unit are constructed of stainless steel€”a durable metal that resists rust, dents, and scratches.
