Ideal for catering services or to-go stations, the Continental DL3W-SA-PT three-section warmer has a pass-thru design that provides both kitchen and wait staff access to the interior to load and unload food items. The interior is constructed of aluminum to ensure it can withstand the wear and tear of commercial use, and the exterior is made of stainless steela'¬a€a durable metal that resists corrosion, dents, and rust. This unit's interior spans 72 cubic feet and is equipped with nine chrome-plated steel shelves, which can be adjusted using the pilaster strips to permit versatile storage configurations.
To access the Continental DL3W-SA-PT heated cabinet's interior, staff must use the six hinged, solid steel doors. Each door is fitted with a polished chrome workflow handle and a cylinder lock to protect interior items from theft or tampering. To establish a tight seal, this unit has Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets. To streamline item retrieval during busy shifts, the interior is endowed with LED lights. Staff must use the electronic controller and LED display to program temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
