Featuring a pass-thru design, the Continental DL3W-SS-PT-HD heating cabinet is a great addition to busy bakeries and buffet locations as its large 72-cubic-foot interior is accessible from either side. Overall, the unit can hold 45 standard-sized pans among its two sections and nine epoxy-coated shelves. These shelves can be removed and replaced as needed among the pilaster strips.
To ensure the Continental DL3W-SS-PT-HD warming unit can withstand commercial use, it's fully constructed of stainless steel. Each side of the cabinet is fitted with six half-height, solid doors, which self-close to prevent drastic temperature shifts, and cylinder locks to prevent theft or tampering. Staff must access the electronic controller to set the desired holding temperature, ranging from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
