Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Delfield D4432NP-12M sandwich prep table's self-contained refrigeration system cools the cabinet between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted using solid-state electronic controls. Because it has a hot gas evaporator, excess condensation is eliminated automatically to prevent water buildup. This prep table has an air screen to keep products cold without drying foods out, and polyurethane insulation keeps cold air inside the unit.
The top portion of the Delfield D4432NP-12M salad prep table comes with 12 sixth-size food pans for storing ingredients such as vegetables, cheeses, and meats. It also has an 8-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board, giving employees a space to work and chop ingredients for use in a salad or sandwich. After getting the cutting board messy, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Providing durability, the front and sides are made of stainless steel, while the ABS plastic interior resists denting and chipping.
