Description
To ensure prepared foods are stored in a safe holding environment before serving, heating elements span the length of the Delfield GAHRI1-G Specification Line® roll-in heated cabinet's vertical duct to warm product uniformly. The elements maintain temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the easyTouch® Control system enables operators to adjust temperatures as needed. If temperatures rise or drop unexpectedly, high- or low-temperature visual alarms notify the operator, and because it's lined with foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane, the unit can be stored in warm or cool ambient temperatures.
Because it comes with a 14-gauge stainless steel ramp that slopes at 10 degrees, operators can roll a pan rack into the Delfield GAHRI1-G heated cabinet's single section to streamline loading and retrieval. Incandescent lighting highlights the cabinet's contents, while the glass door provides a clear view of product to simplify inventory checks. When opened past 90 degrees, the door locks in an open position, and door locks are also included with this unit to prevent tampering when it's closed. Its interior, front, and sides are made of stainless steela'¬a€a durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant metal that withstands heavy use. Overall, it measures 34 inches wide by 3319/20 inches deep by 891/200 inches high.
