Description
Designed to keep food warm until it's served, the Cres Cor H-137-SUA-5D undercounter heated cabinet is fully insulated and built with a top-mounted heater assembly. It includes solid-state controls for temperature adjustment and an LED digital display that provides a temperature readout for monitoring. As an undercounter unit, it's positioned on 21/2-inch casters to roll it into position and relocate it. To hold food pans and trays, the unit has five sets of chrome-plated wire universal angles.
The Cres Cor H-137-SUA-5D insulated heated cabinet includes an antimicrobial door latch to reduce germ spread in fast-paced settings. The reversible door is sealed shut with a silicone gasket to prevent temperature loss. Durable for high-volume use, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a rigid integral body frame. The interior is designed with coved interior corners that are smooth and simple to wipe clean.
