Description
The Cres Cor H-137-SUA-6D half-height mobile heated cabinet is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its rigid internal body frame provides additional strength, while its smooth interior features coved corners that can be easily wiped clean. The reversible door opens and closes with a magnetic latch and seals shut with a silicone gasket to reduce energy usage. To minimize germ spread, the door's latch is treated with an antimicrobial agent. This unit is fully insulated to ensure product remains warm until it's served.
The temperature of the Cres Cor H-137-SUA-6D insulated heated cabinet can be monitored on an LED display and adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with solid-state controls. For mobility, it's equipped with 5-inch swivel casters, two of which have brakes to hold the cabinet still while food is placed inside and retrieved. Six sets of chrome-plated wire slides accommodate variously sized food pans, and for versatile applications, the slides are adjustable on 11/2-inch centers.
