Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D-Z Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (12) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D-Z insulated mobile heated cabinet is equipped with 5-inch swivel casters to enable mobility. Two of the casters brake to hold the unit still while food is loaded in the kitchen and retrieved upon serving. With a top-mounted heater assembly and solid-state electronic controls, it reaches temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet is fully insulated and has silicone gaskets on its Dutch doors to preserve proper temperatures. These doors lock to prevent tampering and have antimicrobial latches to slow the spread of germs.
The controls on the Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D-Z full-height heated cabinet are protected with a security panel to prevent unauthorized or accidental adjustment. For monitoring, it has an LED digital display that provides a readout of the temperature. Made of stainless steel with an integral body frame, this unit is strong enough for prolonged use and offers rust and corrosion resistance. Its interior corners have a coved design to simplify cleaning.
