Its cutting board is great for slicing sandwich ingredients, such as meat, cheese, and vegetables. This unit's shelves are epoxy coated, so they resist denting and corrosion for heavy-duty use. The cabinet is durablea'¬a€its front, ends, and top are made of stainless steel, while the interior and back are made of aluminum.
The Continental Refrigeration SW72N30M-FB sandwich and salad prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system to hold temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This number can be monitored on the display screen and changed using electronic controls. The unit cools with natural, efficient R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is an environmentally friendly choice. If users fail to shut one of the doors, it closes on its own to reduce energy use and the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam.
