For displaying and warming pizza and side items, the Cres Cor H-138-NPS-CC1MC5Q insulated countertop hot cabinet uses a powerful, efficient, top-mounted heater to generate temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit; its two blowers circulate heat uniformly. The electronic temperature control can be used to adjust cabinet temperatures as various products are displayed, and an electronic temperature display provides an accurate readout. Fully insulated with fiberglass, this unit preserves set temperatures in cool ambient settings and as its door is opened for product insertion or retrieval.
To simplify product loading and removal, this Cres Cor H-138-NPS-CC1MC5Q stationary cabinet's pass-thru configuration can connect a prep station to a serving area. The front door's tempered glass window provides a direct view of the cabinet's interior. Halogen lights illuminate the contents merchandised on four gravity-fed wire shelves. The door's antimicrobial pull handle simplifies opening, and to prevent heat loss, it self-closes. This stainless steel unit features a structurally rigid internal frame for added strength; its extended base protects the cabinet's body from damage. Compatible with front- or back-of-house applications, this 25-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 407/8-inch-high unit is mounted on 4-inch nickel-plated legs, which can be adjusted to 51/2 inches.
