Designed with a durable aluminum interior lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, the Continental SW72N12C-FB 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table ensures consistent temperatures for food preparation. This unit also includes three field-rehingeable doors. The top compartment holds 12 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and features a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, creating a practical workspace. The top, front, and end panels are constructed of stainless steel, combining durability with a polished, professional appearance.
Built to streamline ingredient organization, the Continental SW72N12C-FB prep table is equipped with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and an insulated lid for efficient cooling. The spring-loaded, self-closing doors help minimize temperature fluctuations. The three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves add stability, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning.
