The Continental SW72N12-FB 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table is built with three field-rehingeable, solid doors that provide flexible access to stored items while ensuring a tidy setup. This unit holds 12 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and features a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for streamlined sandwich and salad preparation. Made of stainless steel for the top, front, and end panels, it delivers durability and a polished, professional look.
Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW72N12-FB prep table maintains consistent pan temperatures with its insulated lid and aluminum interior lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam. This unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The Santoprene® magnetic gaskets create a tight seal, while spring-loaded, self-closing doors minimize temperature loss. Three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves ensure stability, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleanup.
