The Continental SW60N12C-D sandwich prep table is constructed of stainless steel on the top, front, and end panels, with an aluminum back and interior, ensuring durability in high-demand kitchen settings. Its refrigerated base includes four stainless steel roll-out drawers, each capable of holding (1) 12 in. x 20 in. x 6 in. pan (supplied by others), offering versatile storage for cold ingredients. Santoprene® magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets create a secure seal, while 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation improves energy efficiency. Mounted on 5-inch casters, the unit is designed for mobility, and the completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back simplifies maintenance.
The sandwich top of the Continental SW60N12C-D sandwich prep table accommodates (12) sixth-size recessed pans up to 4 inches deep, supported by a removable tub below the pans for simplified cleaning. Its 19-inch, full-length nylon cutting board provides a practical workspace for assembling meals, and the extended countertop enhances productivity. The insulated lid reduces heat transfer, preserving ingredient freshness. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system ensures consistent temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the off-cycle defrost system minimizes frost buildup.
