Description
The Continental SW32N8C preparation table with refrigerated base is designed for streamlined ingredient preparation and reliable cold storage. It includes eight sixth-size pans in a removable inner tub, covered with an insulated lid to maintain freshness. A 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board provides a spacious workspace for efficient meal assembly, while its 9-cu.-ft. interior features a single epoxy-coated steel shelf for organized storage. Built with stainless steel front, top, and end panels, the unit is durable enough for high-volume commercial kitchens. A Santoprene® magnetic snap-in gasket ensures a tight seal on the self-closing solid door to maintain proper temperatures.
Outfitted with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW32N8C refrigeration prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The system includes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost to enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance needs. Its corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil improves reliability in demanding conditions, while internal electronic controls enable precise temperature adjustments. For added convenience, the unit is equipped with 5-inch front-locking casters for easy mobility and secure placement.
