For rust resistance and durability through high-volume use, the Turbo Air PRO-50H-RT heated cabinet is made of 22-gauge stainless steel with a galvanized top and bottom. A roll-through model, it features four solid, full-length locking doors and a stainless steel ramp. The doors are self-closing with a 120-degree stay-open feature to ease loading and unloading. This two-section unit offers 80.82 cubic feet of interior space and measures 667/8 inches wide by 467/8 inches deep by 841/4 inches high overall.
The Turbo Air PRO-50H-RT heated holding cabinet has a temperature range of 140-180 degrees Fahrenheit and features high-density polyurethane insulation to prevent heat from seeping out of the cabinet. To further maintain food quality, it's designed with a ducted fan air distribution system that circulates heat throughout the interior. To improve visibility and expedite product retrieval, the unit's interior is brightened with LED lighting.
