The Continental RA93N18M refrigerated base operates with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigeranta'¬a€an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient option. Forced-air cooling and an expansion valve ensure consistent refrigeration, while the system's automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil simplify maintenance. An internal electronic controller, located inside the small access door, enables precise temperature adjustments. Santoprene® magnetic gaskets ensure an airtight seal, and 5-inch casters provide mobility for cleaning and repositioning.
