With its heated glass shelf, the Hatco GR3SDH-27 Glo-Ray® Designer horizontal display warmer accommodates prepared foods needing to be held at serving temperatures. Users can adjust the glass shelf's base temperature via a thermostat, and heated glass technology radiates heat down while conducting it toward the shelf's top simultaneously, eliminating cold spots. This shelf measures 231/4 inches wide by 211/4 inches deep and includes adjustable product divider rods so users can organize merchandised products for improved presentation.
The Hatco GR3SDH-27 heated glass merchandising warmer grants a full cabinet view with its open front and rear and tempered glass side panels. While customers can select their purchases quickly from the front, employees can load fresh foods into the back. On the unit's top, an unheated shelf can display items that don't need to be held in specific temperatures, such as pastries or packaged products. LED lights illuminate the interior to capture guest attention.
