Description
The Continental RA60SN10 sandwich and salad prep table cools with a side-mounted refrigeration system and uses R-290 refrigeranta'¬a€an eco-friendly, non-toxic alternative. Users can simply adjust the temperature setpoint with the electronic control. Cold air is evenly distributed inside the cavity with high-efficiency fans, while any condensate is removed with the automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator. When needed, the condensing unit slides out for simple service and maintenance.
This Continental RA60SN10 sandwich and salad prep table features two full doors, one half-height door, and an opening at the top for 10 deep pans. Each door has a smooth, polished door handle for simple access and use. The unit's top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and provide durability, while the interior is made of aluminum. Ideal for crafting sandwiches and other products, it has a 12-inch-deep cutting board.
