The interior includes three epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. Overall, this unit is made of stainless steel and insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam.
For efficient operation, the Continental D72N12 refrigerated preparation unit is equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the base between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the electronic controller's input settings. The system utilizes R290 refrigerant and has an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost.
