Description
Ideal for locations looking to expand preparation stations, the Continental D60N12-D sandwich/salad prep unit spans 60 inches wide and features a 12-sixth-sized pan arrangement housed in a removable tub. A translucent, insulated lid is mounted behind them to be pulled down over the wells as needed. In front of the array is a full-length cutting board made of durable, easy-to-clean nylon.
The Continental D60N12-D preparation station's base is cooled by the self-contained refrigeration system positioned at the rear of the cabinet. The base features four drawers, each fitted with a polished chrome handle and Santoprene® magnetic gaskets. For safe and efficient operation, the refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost.
