Each shelf measures 46 inches long by 28 inches wide and is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel that can be cleaned and sanitized quickly. To accommodate products of various heights, the shelves are positioned 231/2 inches apart from each other. This 513/4-inch-wide by 303/4-inch-deep by 643/4-inch-high cart is mounted on 8-inch casters that can round corners, reverse, and stabilize the unit in place. Suitable for high-volume applications, it holds a maximum of 1,000 pounds.
