Description
Designed with stainless steel top, exterior, and interior panels, the Continental D48N10C-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table resists dents, scratches, and rust. The cutting board measures 19 inches deep, while the top compartment accommodates 10 sixth-sized recessed pans. The interior tub below the pans is removable for cleaning. Each of the four roll-out drawers feature a smooth chrome handle and snap-in gasket for streamlined use. Overall, this unit measures 48 inches wide by 381/4 inches deep by 41 inches high.
The Continental D48N10C-FB-D prep table's top compartment supports temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which are retained with the insulated lid, while the interior holding temperature is maintained with polyurethane foam insulation. Staff can set and adjust the temperature levels using the digital control panel, and the external display supports monitoring. For efficient and consistent operation, the self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an off-cycle defrost, and a hot gas condensate evaporator.
