The top compartment can store up to 10 sixth-sized recessed pans, while the 19-inch full-length cutting board provides space for food preparation. This unit has 13.4 cubic feet of storage capacity, which is accessible using the four roll-out drawers. Overall, this prep table measures 48 inches wide by 381/4 inches deep by 431/4 inches high and can balance on uneven surfaces with its adjustable legs.
The Continental D48N10C-D prep table's refrigerated base and top compartment are cooled using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the pan products are stored in temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Both the interior and top lid are insulated for temperature retention, while the self-contained refrigeration system utilizes an off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator to sustain optimal conditions.
