Description
The Alto-Shaam AR-7HT Halo Heat® holding cabinet features a stainless steel exterior to provide long-lasting durability and rust resistance. The interior is fitted with four wire shelves also made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and streamline cleaning. These shelves accommodate 24 rotisserie chicken boats with six per shelf. To preserve heat and minimize temperature fluctuations, this unit is built with a solid back.
Using an adjustable electronic thermostat, operators can adjust the temperature of the Alto-Shaam AR-7HT heated cabinet from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's equipped with a lockout feature to prevent accidental or unauthorized changes. It uses a gentle Halo Heat system that surrounds food with warm air to optimize its quality for extended holding times. Overall, this unit measures 43 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 40 3⁄4 inches high.
