Description
A mobile unit, the Alto-Shaam 20-20MW Combimate™ holding cabinet is positioned on four heavy-duty casters. It can accommodate (40) 12-inch by 20-inch pans or (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans and features a single door through which operators can access the cabinet. To simplify operation, it's equipped with intuitive touch controls and an on/off switch, and this unit has a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Built to withstand high-volume use, the Alto-Shaam 20-20MW Halo Heat® heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a durable, rust resistant, and easy-to-clean metal. Its digital control system senses temperature drops to improve recovery times, and its heat indicator light shows when the unit is in use. Overall, it measures 35 inches wide by 41 5⁄16 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches tall.
