Description
Great for holding large volumes of baked potatoes or dinner rolls, this Alto-Shaam 500-3DN drawer warmer is divided into three heated holding compartments that accommodate a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each. As many as 34 potatoes or 50 dinner rolls can be warmed on each pan. Users can adjust temperatures from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and monitor heat for all the drawers with the control panel. This unit's Halo Heat® technology system blankets dishes with low-intensity heat that won't dry them out, suiting foods that need to remain moist for serving.
The Alto-Shaam 500-3DN warming drawer is a narrow unit measuring 16 11a"16 inches wide by 31 3a"16 inches deep by 26 1a"8 inches high for countertop placement. As holding requirements change, this unit can be stacked with similarly sized units to maximize output and save counterspace. Made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel, this piece withstands high-volume use and can be wiped clean.
