Description
To hold a pan of rolls or baked potatoes until serving, the Alto-Shaam 500-1DN Halo Heat® narrow warming drawer generates temperatures from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its Halo Heat technology system produces low-intensity heat to preserve moisture without adding water. Operators can adjust drawer temperatures with the simple up and down arrows, while its temperature display button provides an accurate readout. Because its digital control quickly senses temperature drops, it can expedite temperature recovery.
As a narrow, single-drawer unit, this Alto-Shaam 500-1DN drawer warmer measures 16 11a"16 inches wide by 31 3a"16 inches deep by 11 5a"8 inches high, accommodating a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch food pan. Built for high-volume use, it's made of stainless steela€”a durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean. The included food pan can be placed on its stainless steel drawer rail supports, which can be removed for cleaning between uses. To save counterspace in compact kitchens, this unit can be safely stacked atop other drawer warmers.
