Because it's a narrow unit, this Alto-Shaam 500-1DN drawer warmer measures 16 11a"16 inches wide by 31 3a"16 inches deep by 11 5a"8 inches high to fit compact countertops. This design can also be stacked with other units to maximize storage space. Its stainless steel exterior resists rust, corrosion, and wear through heavy-duty use and is simple to wipe clean to preserve its original look. Its single drawer accommodates a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan that can support 50 dinner rolls or 34 baked potatoes.
The Alto-Shaam 500-1DN narrow warming drawer uses Halo Heat® technology to generate, low-intensity heat that won't dry foods out during extended holding times, eliminating the need to add water. This radiant heat blankets products uniformly for even results, and users can adjust the thermostat between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit as menus change. For simple operation, it includes an on/off switch, up/down temperature arrow buttons, a heat indicator light, a temperature display button, and a digital display.
