Description
Accommodating a wide range of food pans and operating in four modes, the Convotherm 10.10ETMINI half-size combi oven can steam, combi-steam, rethermalize, and be used as a convection oven. Because it's boilerless, users must inject water directly into the cooking chamber to steam foods. The convenient touchscreen has 250 options for programming recipes, three baking levels, and three moisture-removal settings. One of these modes is eco mode, which reduces the amount of energy used to help save money.
The Convotherm 10.10ETMINI combi oven has two fan modesa'¬a€auto-reverse mode and reduced speed mode. It includes a temperature probe that checks the levels of multiple points in the food, ensuring that product is cooked evenly throughout. This unit has an automatic cleaning feature, and it cools down after the cycle to reduce the risk of burns. The door has locks, ensuring that it doesn't open during operation and expel hot steam into the kitchen.
