Description
The Duke 613-G3XX convection oven can be used to prepare a wide range of foods. It has a single chamber with six racks, which can be configured in 13 positions to help accommodate for differently sized products. To improve product visibility, interior lighting highlights the food while it's being cooked.
Preventing heat from being released, a glass door pane on the Duke 613-G3XX convection oven enables chefs to glance inside at will to check on the cooking cycle. A porcelain chamber interior simplifies cleaning, though it will require monitoring over the long haul to ensure there isn't any cracking damage. To properly cook a variety of menu items, the oven's temperature range is 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
