The Duke 613Q-G2V gas convection oven has two standard-depth decks, and each deck holds pans on six racks in a side-to-side position. This oven's interiors are lined with porcelain that resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning. Because the stainless steel doors have glass panels, users can monitor products while they cook, and these doors open independently with separate handles.
Equipped with a two-speed fan, the Duke 613Q-G2V convection oven evenly moves heat around the cavity to speed up the cooking process. It has a snap-action thermostat with a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can set its dial timer as long as 60 minutes, and it has a buzzer to let users know when the cooking time is over.
