The Duke 613Q-G3XX single-deck convection oven uses solid-state controls that let operators adjust its functions. Its thermostat has a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while its digital timer has a maximum setting of 12 hours. Designed with a hold mode, this unit can preserve food quality for a period of time before serving it.
The Duke 613Q-G3XX single gas convection oven has a deep chamber that holds full-size pans front to back or side to side on six racks. To suit various needs, the racks are adjustable into 13 different positions. This oven's interior is made of corrosion-resistant porcelain, which is convenient to wipe clean after a day of cooking.
