With the optional FastBake™ technology, cook times are lowered without losing quality or increasing noise output. A single-deck, front-loading model, the Lincoln 1131-000-U conveyor oven measures 56 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 42 inches high. The direction of its conveyor can be reversed to accommodate different kitchen layouts.
