The natural-gas-powered Lincoln 1600-1G Impinger™ Low Profile conveyor oven package is positioned on a high stand with casters and includes a half-pass door, glass access window, customizable radiant finger setup, and take-off shelf. This 80-inch-wide by 601/2-inch-deep by 441/8-inch-tall unit's top, front, and sides are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long-term durability. Great for continuous, high-volume baking, its conveyor belt measures 73 inches wide by 32 inches deep and can reverse its direction to accommodate different kitchen layouts. For thorough cleaning, its finger assemblies can be removed from the front, while its conveyor is extractable from the side.
By using advanced air impingement technology, the Lincoln 1600-1G conveyorized oven expedites crisping, heating, baking, or browning without reducing product quality. As menus change, operators can adjust temperatures from 260 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and cook time from 1 to 30 minutes. To ensure streamlined operation, the fluorescent display provides temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages, and controls can be locked to deter tampering or unexpected adjustments.
