Equipex PZ-430D Sodir Countertop Double Pizza Deck Oven - 208-240v

With two decks, the Equipex PZ-430D countertop pizza oven can simultaneously bake two 16-inch pizzas, and because the deck controls are separate, each product can be baked differently to accommodate thick or thin crust. The decks are constructed of brick that absorbs and radiates heat, cooking the pizza on all sides, while a thermostat underneath the deck regulates the bottom's temperature and keeps it at the correct level, producing crispy crusts.
The quartz heating elements deliver high temperatures of 660 degrees Fahrenheit and can preheat in only 10 to 12 minutes. As product bakes, staff members can monitor it with the interior light and glass window. In timed cooking mode, the quartz elements will turn off when time runs out, and in continuous cooking mode, staff members can retrieve and replace product without stopping.
