The Cres Cor 1000-CH-AL-2DX full-size cook and hold oven has two compartments, providing flexibility for cooking multiple items. It includes deluxe solid-state electronic controls with LED displays, 18 programmable menu options, and a 6-inch food probe for temperature monitoring. This unit permits users to prepare different menu items simultaneously to meet customer demands. Slow cooking cycles reduce shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent, suitable for preparing meats such as brisket, pork shoulder, and roasts.
The Cres Cor 1000-CH-AL-2DX cook and hold oven holds (16) 18-inch by 26-inch pans on removable stainless steel pan slides with six stainless steel wire grids. The stainless steel interior and aluminum exterior are fully insulated. Field-reversible doors feature silicone gaskets and ceramic magnetic latches, while anti-microbial latches reduce germ spread. The unit measures 225/8 inches wide by 323/4 inches deep by 731/4 inches high and is mounted on four 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes.
