Holding 100 pounds of meat at once, the Cres Cor 767-CH-SK-DX undercounter cook-and-hold oven reaches a maximum temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit. The internal temperature of food is monitored with a 6-inch probe, and users can view the readings on the LED digital display to make sure they are correct. If several menu items are ordered frequently, users can program as many as 18 presets for the oven to remember. This ensures that food is always cooked precisely and efficiently at the push of a button.
The Cres Cor 767-CH-SK-DX cook-and-hold oven is fully insulated to ensure accurate temperatures inside the cabinet. To prevent heat from seeping out, the door is sealed tightly with a silicone gasket. This door comes right hinged but is field reversible to the left side if needed. Because the door's latch is coated in an antimicrobial agent, bacterial growth on the handle will be slowed, and less germs will be spread between kitchen workers. To make this unit even cleaner, the stainless steel construction can be wiped down quickly, and the coved interior corners prevent food particles from clumping together.
