The Cres Cor CO-151-F-1818DE Cook-N-Hold Oven features channel pan slides riveted on 3-in. centers, providing secure support for 18 full-size bun pans without tipping. This full-size, ventless oven operates on 8,200 watts of power and maintains a temperature holding range of 140 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Its slow convected air system enhances natural browning while sealing in juices, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent.
Constructed of stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning, the Cres Cor CO-151-F-1818DE oven measures 253/8 in. W x 373/4 in. D x 731/2 in. H. The oven holds 18 full-size bun pans and includes six chrome-plated wire grids for flexible food arrangement.
