Equipped with solid-state digital controls and a security panel cover, this ventless, full-size oven ensures safe operation in correctional facilities. Its slow convected air system promotes natural browning while sealing in juices, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent.
Measuring 253/8 in. W x 373/4 in. D x 731/2 in. H, the Cres Cor CO-151-F-1818-DZ oven accommodates 18 full-size bun pans on channel pan slides riveted at 3-in. centers. It includes six chrome-plated wire grids for added versatility.
