Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor CO-151-FPWUA-12DE Cook-N-Hold Oven withstands heavy use in commercial kitchens. Its AquaTemp® system maintains consistent humidity and temperature levels, ensuring precise cooking and holding. This pass-thru unit features a slow convected air system that enhances browning while sealing in natural juices. Solid-state process controls with an LED display provide accurate monitoring of temperature and moisture levels. The Cres Cor CO-151-FPWUA-12DE oven includes 12 sets of universal slides that adjust in 11/2-in. increments to hold a variety of pan sizes. It comes with 6 chrome-plated wire grids for versatile placement of food items. Its anti-microbial latches help prevent germ spread, while high-temperature ceramic magnetic latches provide secure closure during transport. Field-reversible Dutch doors are insulated and equipped with silicone gaskets to reduce heat loss.
