The Cres Cor CO-151-FPWUA-12DX full-size pass-thru cook and hold oven features AquaTemp® technology, which continuously monitors and adjusts temperature and humidity for precise cooking. The deluxe LED controls offer 18 programmable menu options and include a 6-in. food probe for accurate temperature monitoring. This convection oven holds 12 pans on universal slides, adjustable at 11/2-in. centers, and includes six chrome-plated wire grids. A slow convected air system promotes natural browning while sealing in moisture, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent. The ventless design simplifies installation without the need for external ventilation.
Built of stainless steel on the inside and out, the Cres Cor CO-151-FPWUA-12DX is designed for durability and simple cleaning. Smooth interior coved corners prevent grease buildup, while field-reversible insulated Dutch doors with silicone gaskets minimize heat loss.
