The Cres Cor CO-151-FWUA-12DX full-size cook and hold oven is designed for precise temperature and humidity control with the AquaTemp® system. This system continuously monitors both temperature and moisture to maintain optimal food texture, while solid-state electronic controls with an LED display ensure accurate cooking settings. The oven holds 12 pans on universal slides adjustable at 11/2-in. centers and includes six chrome-plated wire grids. Its slow convected air system enhances natural browning and retains juices, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent. With a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit is ideal for rethermalizing bulk items and prepared meals.
Built of stainless steel on the inside and out, the Cres Cor CO-151-FWUA-12DX oven is durable and easy to clean, featuring smooth interior coved corners to prevent grease buildup. Field-reversible insulated Dutch doors with silicone gaskets minimize heat loss, while anti-microbial latches enhance food safety during transport and operation. The oven accommodates up to 300 lbs. of food in just 7 square feet of floor space and is mounted on heavy-duty 5-in. swivel casters, two with brakes, for mobility and stability.
