Its slow convected air system promotes natural browning and seals in juices, while the ventless design allows for flexible installation without the need for external ventilation. Constructed of stainless steel with smooth interior coved corners, the oven is easy to clean and built for durability. A top-mounted power unit ensures consistent airflow, and an 18-gauage stainless steel worktop provides additional prep space.
