The Cres Cor RO-151-FPWUA-18DX Quiktherm® cook and hold oven features a pass-thru design that streamlines kitchen operations by allowing food to be loaded from one side and retrieved from the other, reducing handling and maintaining temperature control. This full-size, reach-in oven holds 18 sets of universal angles, adjustable on 11/2-inch centers, to accommodate various pan sizes. Operating at 8 kilowatts, it reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, supporting rethermalization, convection cooking, and holding functions. The LED controls provide 18 programmable menu options, while the 6-inch food probe ensures accurate internal temperature monitoring. The AquaTemp® system continuously tracks temperature and humidity levels to preserve food texture and safety, and the power boost switch allows for airflow adjustments based on specific cooking needs.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor RO-151-FPWUA-18DX oven features a smooth interior coved corners that prevent grease buildup and make cleaning easier. The fully insulated, reversible Dutch doors minimize heat loss and are equipped with magnetic latches for secure closure. Antimicrobial latches enhance safety by reducing the spread of germs, and the drip trough keeps the surrounding area dry. The oven is mounted on four 5-inch swivel casters (two with brakes), providing mobility and stability even when fully loaded. An automatic water fill system with a low water alert, and a 4-gallon water pan with an 1850-watt heater for humidity control work to enhance the unit's performance and ensure consistent food product results.
