Description
The Cres Cor RO-151-FWUA-18DE cook-and-hold oven brings food to temperature using moist heat, dry heat, or a combination of the two. For moist heat applications, this unit automatically fills with water, and when the water gets too low, an indicator light will inform users that it needs to be refilled. For safety purposes, the water heater will be cut off entirely if water reaches a critically low level. This oven reaches temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and the operator can use a switch to boost or reduce the cabinet's air flow. Using AquaTemp® technology, it monitors humidity and temperature levels to improve food texture.
Featuring 18 universal angles, the Cres Cor RO-151-FWUA-18DE full-size cook-and-hold oven accommodates a variety of pan sizes to suit almost any application. The pans can be adjusted in 1.5-inch increments, better accommodating foods of different heights. To monitor the temperature and level of humidity being used, operators can read the LED digital display. If necessary, these levels can be adjusted using electronic controls. Ensuring that hot air remains inside the cabinet, the doors seal tightly using silicone gaskets.
