It operates at 8,000 watts, reaching up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for roasting, baking, and reheating prepared meals. The solid-state digital controls with a clear LED display make adjusting temperature and humidity simple, while the power boosting switch lets users control airflow based on cooking needs. The ventless, stainless steel construction includes a smooth interior with coved corners for easy cleaning, and the solid door has a high-temperature magnetic latch with an antimicrobial handle for added safety. Adjustable legs provide stability, and the door can be reversed in the field if needed.
