Description
The Cres Cor 1000-CH-SK-SPLIT-DE commercial smoker oven uses real wood chips, which should be soaked for 24 hours before use for best results. Its pan slides accommodate eight food pans on three wire grids to smoke and hold food at a maximum temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can change this unit from mild to heavy smoke as needed, and a one-hour timer counts down to provide optimal taste and quality. To ensure the unit is operating as intended, users can monitor the time and temperature on the LED digital display.
In order to keep heat inside the Cres Cor 1000-CH-SK-SPLIT-DE smoker oven, the cabinet is fully insulated, and the door is sealed with a silicone gasket. The door's latch is coated with an antimicrobial agent to prevent germs from spreading after staff touch it. Made of stainless steel, this unit offers quick cleanup with interior corners that are coved to keep food particles from building up and growing bacteria.
