Description

The Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL full-size convection oven is a double-deck unit with a bakery-depth cavity, providing ample space for high-volume baking applications. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, while the oleophobic compartment liner simplifies cleaning by resisting grease buildup. The interior includes five repositionable chrome-plated racks and is illuminated by two halogen lights for improved visibility. Featuring a simultaneous door opening mechanism, its two dual-pane thermal windowed doors include a single curved aluminum handle for smooth operation. The solid mineral fiber insulation retains heat efficiently, while an aluminized blower wheel supports even airflow.
Designed for precise cooking control, the Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL commercial convection oven's equipped with touchscreen controllers and integrated meat probes, enabling operators to set and monitor temperatures accurately. The oven maintains a holding range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and operates with three tubular heaters. A two-speed fan motor ensures consistent heat distribution, while automatic thermal overload protection enhances safety. A control area cooling fan helps prevent overheating, and the modular slide-out control panel simplifies maintenance. The unit is supported by 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs and requires hardwire installation.
